Our first ‘Hair Loss Support Day’ provided people with a safe and welcoming space to explore the options and support available to those experiencing hair loss as a result of cancer and its treatments.
One attendee said: “I can’t thank you enough for today- really amazing:) look forward to seeing you soon. “
Our attendees learnt lots of scarf tying techniques, scalp care and make up tips from HeadWrappers, they received a free hand massage from Tropic Ambassador Cat and then they were given wig advice and fitted with wigs from our wig bank by Britta Wigs. All went home with a goodie bag of items to help them with hair loss.
