Pilates is a gentle form of exercise which focusses on core strength alongside increasing mobility. This class aims to have you leaving refreshed and calm but also feeling as if you have worked your body and mind.
Mondays, 8.15am – 9am and 9am – 9.45am at the Star Throwers Centre led by Kimberley Fearn.
