Star Throwers Connections is a small group session for Star Throwers registered carers who are dealing with loss.

The purpose of the group is to provide a safe space in which to talk about the grief we experience after the loss of a loved one.

Even though each person’s grief is deeply personal and everyone may deal with their grief in a different way, it can be helpful and healing to connect with others who are in, or have been in,
a similar situation.

Sessions take place at the Star Throwers center, fortnightly on Tuesdays 10:30am-12pm.
