Clare’s team of family and friends joined her in the Three Peaks Challenge on 23rd July 2022 to raise funds for Star Throwers. We would like to thank them all for this incredible achievement and for selecting Star Throwers cancer support charity.

Clare commented: “We did it!  We started at 5.55am on Saturday morning at Ingleborough in a light mist, which became thicker as the day went on. My dad and Catherine did really well, but decided to call it a day after two peaks. Myself, Rachel, Adam and Harry dug deep for the last climb and made it to the end with me in 12 hours and 47 minutes. My mum and Mark also acted as our support crew and met us at two points for us to re-fuel to keep going. I know it’s not within the 12 hours, but I’m so happy. For a Norfolk girl who rarely walks up hills, this is such a big achievement. ”
