What is Forrest Yoga?
Forrest Yoga was created by Ana T Forrest over 30 years ago and constantly develops. This style of yoga specifically addresses physical and emotional challenges brought about by injury, old pain patterns, illness and emotional stress. Forrest yoga connects you to your core and gets you strong – every pose has a reason.
