About Edwina

MSc (Personalised Nutrition), Dip NT CNM, mBANT, mCNHC

My relationship with food has continuously evolved; from a deep personal mistrust, I have developed a passion for its potential to enhance wellbeing.  My aim is to show my clients the power of food; its ability to be your ally in achieving and maintaining your health goals.

This means cutting through the varied and often conflicting information that we receive via the media and focusing on you as an individual. It will open the door to understanding the opportunity, we all have, at each meal, to improve our health.

It is a privilege to be a member of the StarThrower’s team, where I regularly talk about nutrition in a cancer diagnosis and work one to one with clients who want more intensive support.

I have completed my MSc in Personalised Nutrition (awarded by Middlesex University (London) in collaboration with the Centre for Nutritional Education and Lifestyle Management (CNELM) ). This built upon my diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in London. I am a member of the British Association for Nutritional and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and registered with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).  I am fully insured through Balens.
